Well, tomorrow will mark 1 full week of the new program. I will weigh myself when I wake up and just before bed to see how I've done. I feel I have done well. I have had my moments of AH but nothing too bad. I've read some of the blogs and forums and many of those who were successful say that the 2nd week was their hardest simply because it gets "old fast". Then again, many of them started the program weighing over 300lbs so let's see! Tonight I made myself crab cakes with low-fat mozzarella cheese. It came out pretty good! I'm definitely sticking to the blueberry and oatmeal raisin cookies. I don't think I can handle the chocolate chip ones again. Blah!
So one week down, 4 to go!! Not bad!
